The Rivendell Academy is a non-profit homeschool organization whose mission is to nurture the academic, spiritual, personal, social, and physical development of its students consistent with Christian values.

In J.R.R. Tolkien’s The Lord of the Rings, Rivendell is the magical home of the elves. While the rest of Middle Earth convulses with strife, Rivendell alone stands peaceful and strong. The Rivendell Academy is meant to be a safe quarter where children can grow strong in knowledge and character on the foundation of Jesus Christ, so they can be prepared to shine like stars wherever God leads them in the future.
